This cell line enables assessment of ligand (e.g. proteases, SLIGRL) based activation of F2RL1 GPCR activity via detection of β-arrestin recruitment. The included cell line overexpresses ProLink-tagged F2RL1 and EA-tagged β-Arrestin-2. Activation of F2RL1 stimulates the recruitment of β-Arrestin-2 and produces EFC signal. This cell line was deposited by Stanley Korsmeyer and can be used in immunology and immune system disorder research.
